  • The light and airy design is attained by the innovative use of CPAC POST-TENSION slab system for residential application. Larger span could be constructed with fewer support column and internal walls are flexible without the constraint of beam yielding greater ceiling height.
  • The highly compressive characteristic of pre-stressed concrete is more resistance to cracks and durable allowing bigger fenestrations with floor to ceiling windows viewing the swimming pool and ambiences.
  • These windows are protected by articulated overhangs screening direct sunlight from penetrating into the house.
  • Energy efficient features such as double brick cavity walls are used for the building envelope.
  • TOA SuperShield paint further protects the house from the elements and against solar heat gain reducing cooling and maintenance costs.

  • Defects in workmanship and materials, which resulting in the detachment, displacement or deterioration of exterior cladding.

Five Year Warranty Protection (Major Structural)

  • A defect in workmanship and materials that result in the failure of a load-bearing part of the home's structure, or any defect in workmanship or material that adversely affects your use of the building as a home.
